From Spain to Manila
Asador de Aranda is a renowned Spanish dining destination dedicated to preserving the authentic flavors and traditions of Castilian cuisine. Founded in 1983, the brand has become synonymous with exceptional wood-fired roasts, time-honored recipes, and warm Spanish hospitality. With established locations across Spain and the Middle East, Asador de Aranda now brings its celebrated culinary heritage to Southeast Asia through its first branch in Makati.

Our Way of Cooking: Purity and Restraint
At Asador de Aranda, we preserve the Castilian tradition of wood-fired roasting, a time-honored craft that brings out the finest qualities of every ingredient through patience, simplicity, and expert technique.
Our signature Lechazo Asado and Cochinillo Asado embody this tradition. Sourced from Spain and slow-roasted for hours in wood-fired ovens, these iconic specialties are celebrated for their delicate flavors, crisp golden skin, and remarkably tender texture.
The Suckling Lamb
Sourced from the native Churra breed in the countryside of Aranda, our signature suckling lamb reflects generations of Castilian shepherding tradition. Raised through natural and sustainable farming practices and fed exclusively on their mother’s milk, the lamb develops an exceptional tenderness and delicate flavor.
The result is one of Spain’s most prized culinary specialties—a true expression of authenticity, craftsmanship, and heritage.
